My stay at the Scandic Sydhavnen was a mixed experience. While the room I had was nice and I slept comfortably with my two children, I found it to be very expensive with a poor money-to-quality ratio. The service, as provided by Emelie, was not friendly, and being informed that the heating system was unavailable during summer was a disappointment. The location, albeit not close to the center of Copenhagen and lacking nearby attractions, was saved by its proximity to the train station and abundant free parking. The dining experience was subpar, resulting in missing a day of breakfast, and the facilities were standard with no standout features. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
